1. What this covers

This notice covers cookies and similar storage or access technologies on worka.asistu.ai and the Worka customer service. A cookie is a small file placed on a device; similar technologies can include local storage, pixels and device identifiers.

2. Marketing website

The public marketing page currently works without placing non-essential cookies or reading information stored on your device. Our hosting provider may process ordinary server logs, such as IP address, requested page, time and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Server logs are covered by our Privacy Notice and are not a cookie.

3. Customer service and checkout

The customer area and checkout may use strictly necessary technologies to:

• keep a session secure and authenticate a user;
• prevent fraud and technical abuse;
• remember a selection needed to complete onboarding or payment;
• balance traffic and maintain service availability.

These technologies are used only where essential to provide the service you request. Third-party checkout or messaging pages you choose to visit, including Stripe or Telegram, operate under their own cookie and privacy notices.

4. If this changes

If we add optional analytics, advertising or another non-essential technology, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required by PECR before it operates. Continuing to browse will not be treated as consent. You will be able to reject non-essential technologies as easily as accepting them.
